Norman began Unitmovements in 1997 and has had a long career in cargo handling, international shipping, warehousing and freight forwarding.
Joined the business in 1999. Ben oversees all aspects of the business, covering all sites across South Wales and the South West.
Gareth joined the business in 2004. In his role as Operations Manager, Gareth ensures that current procedures and key performance indicators maintain the high level of service that Unitmovements provide across all of our sites.
David joined the team in 2004. He previously ran a home delivery network within South Wales and brings a wealth of transport experience to the business.
David joined the team in 2011 and has developed new working systems that enable us to provide a better service to staff and customers.
Daniel has a long history with the company and has taken the lead in standardising our financial processes, allowing for better analysis and reporting.
Tony joined the team in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience in HR from large private and public organisations.
Anthony joined the company in 2007 as a delivery driver and after making the job of driver trainer his own, was elevated to warehouse foreman in charge of ensuring smooth running of all aspects of the Cardiff & Bristol warehouses.

Richie is looking to build on the success of his long-standing training role and bring his professionalism and dedication to the new role of Health & Safety Manager.
Cardiff CCD Operations Manager
Ryan has been with the team since 2015 and has fast moved up within the company due to his energy and passion for ensuring efficient working practices are adhered to at every step of the delivery process. He has recently taken the helm of our flagship site in Cardiff.

Ryan has many years of experience with us, and is looking to bring his usual enthusiasm and work ethic to his new role as Cardiff LCD Manager.
Bristol CCD Operations Manager
Nathan was new to the team with our new Avonmouth hub in 2017, taking the reigns and ensuring high KPI figures at the largest of our operations.
Bristol LCD Operations Manager
Chris joined the team in 2003. His wealth of experience has been instrumental in implementing new procedures to meet the day to day challenges of our customers' demands. With a keen eye on KPI's, Chris is now running our Bristol Store operation.
Exeter LCD Operations Manager
Christian has recently joined the team to head up our Exeter Store operation. He brings a wealth of transport knowledge and know-how which has helped his site reach and surpass it's KPI targets
